  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 4 pieces
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 10 pieces
  • Feta cheese 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
  • Basil 5 sprigs
  • Italian chopped parsley a pinch
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the filling. Soak the sun-dried tomatoes in hot water for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Drain and chop finely. Rinse the basil sprigs and dry them.

Step 3

Tear off the leaves and chop them finely.

Step 4

Combine the feta, sour cream, chopped basil, and sun-dried tomatoes.

Step 5

Season with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs.

Step 6

Rub each breast with salt and pepper.

Step 7

Make slits in each piece to create pockets and fill them with the filling.

Step 8

Place the breasts on a baking sheet.

Step 9

Bake in the oven preheated to 355°F for 20–30 minutes.
