- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 0 lbs
- Chickpea 10 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- 10% cream 10 fl oz
- Onion 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the chickpeas for 12 hours. Add salt. Boil for 50 minutes.
Step 2
Cut the chicken and vegetables into strips, crush the garlic. Mix, add salt and pepper, place in a baking dish, and send to a preheated oven at 355°F for 25 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the dish from the oven, stir, pour in the cream, add the boiled chickpeas, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes.
