Chicken breast with caramelized apples and onions
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Apple 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 heads
- Spices to taste
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, season the chicken breast and sauté it on both sides. I even sprinkled a little sugar on it (you can fry it in any oil, but it tastes better in butter).
Step 2
Slice the apples into wedges, the onion into rings, and chop the garlic finely (or use a garlic press if you prefer).
Step 3
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and transfer it to a plate.
Step 4
We keep the heat on and add the apples, garlic, and onions to the same oil used for frying the chicken breast. Sprinkle with sugar to taste and sauté for about 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5
Then we pour all of this onto a plate along with the chicken and enjoy the ensemble.
