- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Rosemary 1 sprig
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Peel the garlic and crush the cloves.
Step 2
Sprinkle the chicken breast with pepper.

Add salt.

Heat a skillet and pour in the vegetable oil.

Place the chicken breast in the skillet.

When it starts to brown, flip it over.

Add the garlic. Fry for 2 minutes. In total, the chicken should fry for 15 minutes, but it needs to be flipped every 2 minutes.

Add the sprig of rosemary.

Add the butter.
Step 10
During cooking, baste the chicken with the juices that form.
