Description

P.S. As promised, I'm telling you about the secret ingredient. I read that semolina made from durum wheat is beneficial for our bodies because, unlike regular semolina, it contains complex carbohydrates that do not contribute to weight gain. It turns out that semolina can be made from soft wheat (which is what most of it is) and from durum wheat (I found only one in my city, which you can see in the photo). In short, the key is when you are looking for semolina made from durum wheat, make sure the package says 'made from durum wheat'.

Ingredients

  • 10% cream 15 fl oz
  • Semolina 2 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken Seasoning to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Chicken fillet 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Pour olive oil into a skillet and heat it slightly. Add the chopped chicken breast to the skillet and sauté over medium heat for about 15–20 minutes. At this stage, just add salt.

Step 2

Prepare the sauce. For this, we need cream, pepper, seasoning, and semolina. Pour in the cream, add pepper, chicken seasoning, and start to gently sprinkle in the semolina while constantly stirring to avoid lumps.

Step 3

Moving on, as soon as you have mixed the sauce, do not delay; pour it over the chicken immediately so that the semolina does not settle at the bottom. Mix well.

Step 4

Cook until the sauce thickens. After that, turn off the heat and serve with your favorite side dish.
