- Garlic 3 cloves
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz

- Salt to taste
- Khmeli-suneli to taste
- Toasted Sesame 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the filling: grate the cheese, chop the herbs, crush the garlic, season with salt and pepper, add your favorite spices, and mix. The herbs will prevent the melting cheese from leaking out, and the cheese will keep the chicken from becoming too dry.
Step 2
Using the sharpest knife, make a cut along the length and depth of the chicken breast piece. It's better not to cut all the way through, so the filling won't have a chance to escape from the other side. Use your fingers to stretch the resulting pocket and fill it with as much filling as possible.
Step 3
Mix the breadcrumbs, khmeli-suneli, salt (carefully, as there is already salt in the filling), and sesame seeds for decoration, then coat the chicken with this mixture. You can substitute khmeli-suneli with any cherished spice.
Step 4
Fry in a pan or bake in the oven. However, frying will also prevent it from being dry.
