Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Long-Grain Rice 10 oz
- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dried Rosemary to taste
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.
Step 2
Pour soy sauce into a deep skillet and add the fillet. Let the pieces soak in the sauce for a bit.
Step 3
Add salt, pepper, and oregano. Stir to evenly distribute the spices and sauce among the chicken pieces.
Step 4
Then add a little water, olive oil, and place on medium heat.
Step 5
Simmer for about 10 minutes, covered, stirring occasionally (add water as needed to prevent the fillet from drying out and to ensure there is enough liquid for the sauce).
Step 6
Add sour cream, mayonnaise, and the crushed (or grated) garlic clove.
Step 7
Reduce the heat and simmer until cooked through (when the meat is tender and the sauce has the consistency of low-fat sour cream).
Step 8
Boil the rice in salted water and rinse.
