Chicken Breast in Spicy Butter Sauce with Cherry Tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Marinated cherries 10 oz
  • Chicken fillet 2 pieces
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Tarragon 1 tablespoon
  • Paprika ½ teaspoon
  • Garlic 1 clove
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the ingredients by taking the butter out of the refrigerator in advance.

Step 2

Soften the butter in a small bowl, add freshly chopped herbs, paprika, crushed garlic, and pepper with sea salt. Mix well.

Step 3

Season the chicken fillet with salt and pepper without pounding.

Step 4

Heat a small skillet over medium heat, add half of the spicy butter, and wait for it to melt. Place the chicken fillet in the butter and cook covered for 5 minutes on one side and 5 minutes on the other. Remove to a plate, cover with foil, and keep warm.

Step 5

In the same skillet, add the whole cherry tomatoes, increase the heat, and sauté the tomatoes, stirring occasionally, until they burst (no more than 5 minutes). In the last minute, add the remaining butter and mix.

Step 6

Serve the sauce on plates with the chicken fillet and garnish with herbs.
