- Lemon 1 piece
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 15 oz
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) a pinch
- Toasted Sesame a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken breast, pat dry with a paper towel, separate the meat, and cut it into cubes.
Step 2
Squeeze the lemon juice, pour it into a jar, add honey, tightly close the lid, and shake until the honey is completely dissolved.
Step 3
Place the chicken in a marinating container, add salt, pour in the lemon juice, add sesame seeds, mix, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 4
In a preheated skillet, add the chicken along with the marinade and fry over medium-high heat until the liquid has completely evaporated.
Step 5
After the liquid has evaporated, reduce the heat and cover with a lid. It’s important not to overcook; simmer for no more than 5 minutes.
