
Chicken Breast in Cream, Stuffed with Mushrooms

Description
As a side dish, you can cook rice or buckwheat. Very delicious.
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- Cream 10 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Pickled Chanterelles 30 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Clean the mushrooms, slice them, and sauté them with the onion.
Step 2
Make a deep cut in the fillet and stuff it with the sautéed mushrooms and onion.
Step 3
Place the stuffed breasts in a baking dish, pour the cream over them, and add a piece of butter on each breast.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 30–40 minutes.
Step 5
5–7 minutes before the end of cooking, sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste.
