- Chicken fillet 4 pieces
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Dried Garlic 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Scallions 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180–390°F and prepare a baking dish with sides.
Step 2
Rub the chicken with salt and garlic seasoning, place it in a lightly greased dish, and put it in the oven for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Mix the cream with the flour until the flour dissolves and no lumps remain, then add the chopped green onions.
Step 4
After 5–10 minutes, remove the chicken from the oven and pour the cream and onion mixture over it, then return it to the oven until cooked (about 30 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken).
Step 5
Remove the baking tray and carefully slice the chicken into large pieces using a knife and fork, place on a plate, drizzle with the cream sauce, and serve.
