- Egg white 2 pieces

Step 1
Wash the chicken breast, cut it into thin slices, pound with a meat mallet on both sides, season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, mix the eggs, mayonnaise, and salt (like for an omelet).
Step 3
Coat each piece of cutlet in semolina, then in the egg mixture, and fry in a preheated skillet on both sides until golden brown over medium heat (on an electric stove scale from 1 to 9 - set to 6).
