Chicken Breast Baked with Vegetables

You can add any vegetables to taste: zucchini, broccoli, cauliflower, bell pepper, etc.
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Chinese green beans to taste
- Leek 1 stalk
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Garlic 1 head
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken breasts, rub with spices, and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Wash all the vegetables, peel if necessary, cut into large rings, peel the garlic and leave the cloves whole.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with foil, grease with oil, place all the vegetables, and then the chicken breasts on top, wrapping with foil.
Step 4
Place in an oven preheated to 390°F (about 400 degrees Fahrenheit) for 1 hour.
Step 5
Remove, unwrap the foil, and place back in the oven for another 30 minutes.
Step 6
Serve the sliced chicken breast with vegetables, grain bread (or another favorite), and white or mustard sauce.
