Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 6 pieces
- Chicken fillet 2 pieces
- Egg white 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- 20% Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Spices to taste
- Cheshire Cheese 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes (6 pieces) and cut them into medium-sized cubes. Season well with salt and pepper. Then, grease a baking dish with olive oil and place the potatoes inside.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F and place the baking dish with potatoes in for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Season with salt and pepper, add the beaten egg, and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes to absorb the spices.
Step 4
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Take the sour cream, squeeze the garlic into it, and mix everything well.
Step 5
Remove the baking dish with potatoes. Form small balls from the prepared mixture. Place them on top of the potatoes and pour the sauce over everything, ensuring the chicken balls are well covered.
Step 6
Put the baking dish back in the oven for 20 minutes at 390°F.
Step 7
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
Step 8
Remove the baking dish with the baking balls and potatoes from the oven, sprinkle with cheese, and return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
