Chicken Balls in Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Egg white 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Lightly pound the chicken fillet and chop it finely, then add the finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper, pour in the whipped egg, and mix well.
Step 2
Grease a baking dish with heavy cream.
Step 3
Form small balls from the prepared mixture and place them in the dish.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10–15 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze in the garlic, and mix with the cream.
Step 6
Remove the baking dish with the balls from the oven, pour the sauce over each ball, and return to the oven for another 15–20 minutes.
Step 7
The cheese will melt and flow, while the cream will soak into the balls, making them especially juicy.
Step 8
Serve.
