  • Chicken fillet 20 oz
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Natural Yogurt 5 oz
  • Hard Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Lightly pound the chicken fillet and chop it finely, then add the finely chopped onion, season with salt and pepper, pour in the beaten egg, and mix well.

Form small balls from the prepared mixture and place them in a baking dish.

Step 3

Bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 10–15 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: grate the cheese on a fine grater, squeeze in the garlic, and mix with the yogurt.

Step 5

Remove the baking dish with the balls from the oven, drizzle each ball with the sauce, and return to the oven for another 15–20 minutes. The cheese will melt and flow, while the yogurt will soak into the balls, making them especially juicy.
