Chicken baked with mushrooms and rice
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Champignons 10 oz
- Rice 10 oz
- Milk 1 glass
- 20% Sour Cream 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Curry to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Basil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the rice.
Step 2
Finely chop the mushrooms and chicken. Sauté in a small amount of oil until partially cooked.
Step 3
Prepare the sauce: mix sour cream with milk and seasonings to taste, and add very finely chopped garlic.
Step 4
In a baking dish, layer the rice, then top it with chicken and mushrooms, and drizzle with sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and place it in the oven preheated to 390°F.
Step 5
After 20 minutes, remove the dish from the oven.
