Chicken Baked in Tomato Sauce with Curry
Ingredients
- Poultry 1 piece
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Curry 1 teaspoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Green Butter 1 bunch

Prepare the ingredients.

Rinse the chicken and pat it dry with a paper towel.
Step 3
Mix mayonnaise and tomato paste in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Add finely grated garlic.
Step 5
Add curry and salt.
Step 6
Stir the sauce until smooth.
Step 7
Cut the chicken along the fillet, turn it over and flatten it, pressing down along the backbone. Lightly pound and make small incisions all over the surface with a knife.

Line a baking tray with foil, place the chicken on it, and coat it with sauce on all sides. Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to marinate well.
Step 9
Bake in the oven at 390°F for 40–60 minutes (depending on the weight of the chicken) until golden brown.
Step 10
Serve on a plate garnished with lettuce leaves.
