Remove the insides from the chicken. Mix the spices with sour cream and coat the chicken with the resulting mixture.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 355°F and place the chicken inside. The cooking time for the chicken is calculated as follows: for every 0.5 kg, count 20 minutes plus an additional 30 minutes. The chicken is ready when the juices that run out when pierced with a toothpick are clear.
