Ingredients
- Cornish Hen 25 oz
- Creamy Horseradish 2 teaspoons
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Salt 10 oz
- Chicken Seasoning 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil ½ teaspoon
- Dried onion powder 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Let the chicken sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes, removing it from the packaging. Preheat the oven to 355°F.

Pour salt into a baking dish.
Step 3
Place the chicken on the salt bed and spread horseradish on top.

Season with black pepper.

Then sprinkle with chicken seasoning.

Salt with sea salt.

Lightly coat the dried onion with oil and place it on top.
