Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Courgette 1 piece
- Low-fat lactose-free milk 5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Scallions 2 stalks
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Spices to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Turn the chicken fillet into minced meat.
Step 2
Finely chop the zucchini, bell pepper, and onion, and add them to the minced meat, along with the cottage cheese and egg. Mix everything well. Season with salt, pepper, and add spices (I used curry).
Step 3
Place in a baking dish and bake in the oven for 1 hour at a temperature of 180-200°C.
