Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 5 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Pickles 0 oz
- Pickled garlic 0 oz
- Cheshire Cheese 3 slices
- Eel 1 head
- Iceberg Lettuce 1 head
- Hamburger Bun 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Worcestershire Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Ketchup 0 oz
- TABASCO® to taste
- Malt Vinegar to taste
- Dijon Mustard to taste
- Sweet Chili Sauce to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Breadcrumbs to taste
- Cornichons to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place a pot over medium heat and pour in the vegetable oil.
Step 2
Make the batter. To do this, crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it.
Step 3
Coat the chicken in breadcrumbs and then in the egg on all sides.
Step 4
Place the chicken in the pot. Fry the chicken on all sides in the hot oil.
Step 5
While the chicken is cooking, make the sauce. To do this, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, TABASCO, and wine vinegar in a bowl. Add sweet chili sauce to taste.
Step 6
Cut the bun in half and place the cut side on a hot dry skillet, press for a few seconds, and then remove from the skillet.
Step 7
Slice the chicken.
Step 8
Spread the sauce on the inner sides of both halves of the bun.
Step 9
Place the chicken on the bun. Add a slice of pickled cucumber.
Step 10
Top with a bit of pickled onion, a slice of cornichon, and a slice (or more, to taste) of cheese.
Step 11
Add a slice of tomato.
Step 12
Cover the burger with the other half of the bun.
Step 13
Transfer the sauce to a separate container. Serve the burger with iceberg and lettuce leaves and the sauce.
