Chicken alla Cocciatore
Ingredients
- Garlic 1 clove
- Poultry 20 oz
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Scallions 5 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Celery stalk 1 piece
- Bay leaf 2 pieces
- Rosemary to taste
- Canned Baby Beets 1 can
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Apple Wine 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour olive oil into a hot skillet, crush the garlic into it, sauté briefly, then add the green onions and bacon, and sauté.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into pieces and place it in the skillet. Season with salt, add the chopped celery, and sauté for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Pour in the wine, chop the tomatoes, and add them to the skillet. Add rosemary and bay leaves, and simmer everything for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Drain the beans and add them to the skillet.
