Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Canned Corn 10 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into steaks, season with salt and pepper to taste, and fry on both sides. Place on a plate.
Step 2
Wash the skillet, pour in oil, and start frying the onion and carrot first, then add the corn and chopped bell pepper. Next, add finely chopped peeled tomatoes. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Step 3
Place the steak on a plate and pour the prepared sauce over it.
