- New Potatoes 30 oz
- Bacon 5 oz
- Leek 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Fresh Rose Hips 4 sprigs
- Gruyère cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Boil the potatoes in salted water for 10 minutes. Add the leeks 2 minutes before they are done. Drain.
Step 2
Fry the bacon in a non-stick skillet until crispy.
Step 3
Mix the bacon, potatoes, and leeks in the oil, adding the rosemary. Season to taste and transfer the mixture to a shallow ceramic dish.
Step 4
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 20 minutes in the oven until golden and crispy. Garnish with rosemary sprigs and serve immediately.
