Ingredients
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour ½ glasses
- Breadcrumbs ½ glasses
- Vegetable Oil 1 glass
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil to 340°F.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into strips (approximately 5x1x2 cm) and coat them well in flour.
Step 3
Then dip in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Fry on both sides in oil until golden brown, then place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
Step 5
Serve with rice or pasta.
