Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Chicken Broth 0 qt
- Sliced Processed Cheese 4 pieces
- Herbs to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized cubes. Peel the potatoes and carrot. Dice the potatoes and julienne the carrot.
Step 2
Slightly fry the fillet in a pan. Bring the broth to a boil and add the bay leaf. Add the chicken fillet. Reduce the heat a bit and cook for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Then add the vegetables and cook for another 10-15 minutes. Add the processed cheese, previously cut into cubes, and stir well until the cheese completely dissolves.
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to your liking. Finely chop the herbs and add them to the soup. Stir and remove from heat.
