- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 15 pieces
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Egg white 0 oz
- Shrimp 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Basil to taste
- Grated Ginger Root to taste
- Nutmeg to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whip the cottage cheese with the cheese and egg whites. Season with salt, pepper, and ginger. Place sliced tomato at the bottom of the mold, then add the mixture, smoothing the surface with a spatula moistened in water.
Step 2
Top with shrimp, olives, and gently press them in. Sprinkle with basil and nutmeg.
Step 3
Bake in a preheated oven at 390°F for 25 minutes.
