- Onion ½ piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Spinach 0 oz
- Cream 0 fl oz
- Large eggs 1 piece
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grind the meat together with the onion into minced meat.
Step 2
Add cheese, spinach, melted butter, and egg to the minced meat. Squeeze in the garlic and pour in the cream.
Step 3
Add salt. Mix the mixture thoroughly until smooth.
Step 4
Form patties and place them in a pan with heated oil.
Step 5
After 3–5 minutes, flip them, reduce the heat, and cook for another 10–12 minutes.
