- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk ½ cup
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Grate fresh, not very salty feta cheese through a sieve, place it in a bowl, add milk, stir in 2 cups of wheat flour, add 1 tablespoon of melted oil, a raw egg, and mix everything together.
Step 2
Knead the resulting dough until smooth, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rest for an hour. Adding flour, roll out the dough to a thickness of about ½ cm, cut into strips 2 cm wide, then cut them into small pieces and drop them into salted boiling water.
Step 3
Cook the dumplings until they float to the surface. After that, use a slotted spoon to transfer them to a sieve and let the water drain. Fry the cooked dumplings in a pan with oil. Serve the dumplings hot with sour cream or butter.
