Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Basil 1 sprig
  • Tomatoes to taste
  • Butter 4 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Water 4 tablespoons
  • Sliced Processed Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Knead the dough from flour, egg yolks, vegetable oil, and water. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Wash the basil, chop it, mix it with the processed cheese, and season with ground pepper.

Step 2

Blanch the tomatoes in boiling water, remove the skin, and chop them coarsely. Roll out the dough into a very thin sheet. Cut into squares with sides of 5 cm. Place the filling on one half, moisten the edges with water, cover with the other half, and seal.

Step 3

Cook the ravioli for about 7 minutes. Sauté the tomato pieces in butter with salt and spices. Serve the ravioli with tomato sauce.
