Cheese and Sausage Pie
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Kefir 10 fl oz
- Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
- Sausages 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the cheese using a coarse grater. Slice the sausages into thin rounds.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, kefir, and 1/3 teaspoon of salt until smooth. Add the baking powder and flour, stirring to eliminate any lumps.
Step 3
Add the cheese and sausages, and mix well. Transfer the dough to a greased baking dish (I used a 25x25 cm dish). Place it in a preheated oven at 355°F. Bake for about 35–40 minutes.
