Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 10 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Fat 5 oz
- Whole egg 2 pieces
- Margarine 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes, peel them, and let them cool. Pass the fresh cottage cheese through a meat grinder along with the potatoes. Chop the onion and sauté it in fat until light golden.
Step 2
Mix the margarine with the yolks, add the cottage cheese, potatoes, sautéed onion, and season to taste with salt and pepper, mixing well.
Step 3
Shape into sticks about 3 cm thick and 8 cm long, and coat in breadcrumbs. Fry on all sides in a pan. Arrange the fried croquettes in a pyramid on a plate. Serve with a sauce made from green onions, cucumbers, and mushrooms.
