Ingredients
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken fillet 20 oz
- Dill 0 oz
- Hard Cheese 0 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dijon Mustard 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the chicken fillet, or you can pass it through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Peel and finely chop the onion, and chop the herbs.
Step 3
Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 4
Combine the minced meat, onion, herbs, and grated cheese in a bowl, add mustard, salt, and spices. Mix thoroughly. The filling for the nuggets is ready.
Step 5
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk thoroughly with a whisk or fork until smooth.
Step 6
Shape the filling into nuggets the size of a matchbox, coat in breadcrumbs, then dip in the egg, and then coat again in breadcrumbs.
Step 7
Place the nuggets in a preheated skillet with sunflower oil and fry thoroughly. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. You can also fry the nuggets in a deep fryer. Just be sure to remove excess fat with a paper towel.
