Description

- Morels 20 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Sparkling water 10 fl oz
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the filling, sauté the mushrooms in a pan, let cool, add grated cheese, finely chopped green onions, season with salt, and mix.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients for the dough, let the dough rest, cover with a napkin for 20 minutes! Form balls from the dough, roll them out, place the filling in the center, and pinch the edges.
Step 3
Fry in hot oil for 7 minutes on each side.
