Ingredients
- Char Fish 1 piece
- Onion 2 heads
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the butter inside the fish.
Step 2
Grease the foil with sunflower oil and wrap the fish in it.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F and place the wrapped fish inside for 35 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 4
Wash and gut the fish, removing all fins.
Step 5
Rub it with salt and spices.
Step 6
Surround it with onion, previously sliced into rings, on both sides.
