Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Chopped Green Onions 2 tablespoons
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the mushrooms and drain them in a colander.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, mix the salt, pepper, herbs, and oil, then add the chanterelles and stir well.
Step 3
Make a pouch out of foil and pour the prepared mixture into it.
Step 4
Bake in a preheated oven (390°F or high heat) for about 15 minutes, then open the foil and cook for another 5 minutes. The mushrooms will become tender and acquire a golden-brown hue.
