Chanterelle Julien
Ingredients
- Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 0 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the mozzarella on a coarse grater and the hard cheese on a fine grater.
Step 2
Chop the chanterelles coarsely.
Step 3
Heat the butter and olive oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Add the chanterelles to the skillet.
Step 5
After 3–4 minutes, season with the pepper mix and stir.
Step 6
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 7
Add the garlic to the mushrooms. After 2 minutes, season the chanterelles with salt and stir.
Step 8
Add the cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Step 9
Mix thoroughly and remove from heat.
Step 10
Transfer the mushrooms to a baking dish.
Step 11
Add the mozzarella and mix.
Step 12
Top with the hard cheese and season with chili powder.
Step 13
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.
Step 14
After 15 minutes, remove the julien from the oven and let it cool slightly. Ready.
