Description

This dish turns out rich and hearty, so it's best enjoyed for lunch :) It's a versatile dish — it can be made as a soup or a main course. By the way, all ingredients can be added to taste, as some prefer it spicier, while others enjoy it more aromatic with herbs.

Ingredients

  • Ground coriander to taste
  • Lamb Shoulder 5 oz
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Eggplants 1 piece
  • Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
  • Celery salt to taste
  • Khmeli-suneli to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Thyme to taste
  • Cilantro 0 oz
  • Coarse Salt to taste
  • Potato 1 piece
  • Chicken Broth to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Take a pot for baking.

Step 2

Dice the onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Place them in the pot.

Step 3

Add finely chopped cilantro, parsley, celery, hot pepper, dried cilantro, khmeli-suneli, and thyme — all to taste and preference!

Step 4

On top, place 3 pieces of lamb chops, a whole tomato, sliced eggplant, and a small peeled potato. Sprinkle everything with coarse salt.

Step 5

Pour all the ingredients with pre-cooked lamb broth or boiling water (as desired). You can fill it to the brim of the pot for a soup, or add a little liquid for a complete main dish.

Step 6

Place the pot in a preheated oven at 480°F for 1 hour.

Step 7

When serving, sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
