
Chanakhi with Lamb Chops

Description
This dish turns out rich and hearty, so it's best enjoyed for lunch :) It's a versatile dish — it can be made as a soup or a main course. By the way, all ingredients can be added to taste, as some prefer it spicier, while others enjoy it more aromatic with herbs.
Ingredients
- Ground coriander to taste
- Lamb Shoulder 5 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Potato 1 piece
- Eggplants 1 piece
- Chopped Sage Leaves to taste
- Celery salt to taste
- Khmeli-suneli to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Thyme to taste
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Potato 1 piece
- Chicken Broth to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take a pot for baking.
Step 2
Dice the onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Place them in the pot.
Step 3
Add finely chopped cilantro, parsley, celery, hot pepper, dried cilantro, khmeli-suneli, and thyme — all to taste and preference!
Step 4
On top, place 3 pieces of lamb chops, a whole tomato, sliced eggplant, and a small peeled potato. Sprinkle everything with coarse salt.
Step 5
Pour all the ingredients with pre-cooked lamb broth or boiling water (as desired). You can fill it to the brim of the pot for a soup, or add a little liquid for a complete main dish.
Step 6
Place the pot in a preheated oven at 480°F for 1 hour.
Step 7
When serving, sprinkle with fresh cilantro.
