- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
- Cilantro 1 teaspoon
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Water 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chicken legs, season with pepper and salt, and coat in flour.
Step 2
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden brown.

Dice the onion and tomatoes into small cubes.
Step 4
