Ingredients
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Cream 22% 0 fl oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Peel the celery root and cut it into small cubes.
Step 2
Place it in a pot and cover with water so that it is submerged.
Step 3
Add salt and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce the heat and cover with a lid.
Step 5
After 25 minutes, drain the water.
Step 6
Pour in the cream.
Step 7
Add the butter.
Step 8
Season with pepper.
Step 9
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth. Adjust salt to taste.
Step 10
Transfer to a serving dish and drizzle with olive oil.
Step 11
Serve hot.
