Celery root fried with paprika
Ingredients
- Celery salt 1 piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Green onion tops to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the celery root and cut it into long sticks about 1 cm thick.
Step 2
Drizzle with lemon juice and mix.
Step 3
Heat the mustard oil in a skillet.
Step 4
Add the celery sticks to the hot skillet.
Step 5
Season with paprika and salt.
Step 6
Stir. Fry over high heat.
Step 7
Add pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally.
Step 8
After a few minutes, once the sticks are browned on all sides, remove from heat.
Step 9
Finely chop the green onion.
Step 10
Sprinkle with green onion when serving.
