- Milk 15 fl oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz

- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Peel the celery heads and chop them randomly, cover with milk up to 3/4 and boil (without salt) until the root is tender.
Step 2
Blend the celery, adding milk until the desired consistency is reached.
