  • Hot paprika 2 teaspoons
  • Ground coriander 2 teaspoons
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Peanut Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Black Mustard Seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Asafoetida 0.1 teaspoons
  • Serrano Chili 2 pieces
  • Cauliflower 1 head
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Coarse Salt to taste

Step 1

In a bowl, combine paprika, coriander, and turmeric; set aside.

Step 2

Heat the oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida, sauté for about 3 minutes until fragrant.

Step 3

Add the prepared spice mixture, chili, cauliflower, and ¼ cup of water; simmer until tender for 5-6 minutes.

Step 4

Reduce the heat to medium, add tomatoes, season with salt; cover and simmer until soft for about 2 minutes.
