Ingredients
- Cauliflower 1 head
- Dill 0 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Divide the cauliflower into florets and rinse. Place in a large steamer bowl.
Step 2
Pour the thick cream into another steamer bowl, add the chopped dill. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the cooked cauliflower to plates or bowls, and drizzle with dill sauce.
