  • Cauliflower 1 head
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Wheat Flour 4 tablespoons
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Cheese 5 oz
  • Breadcrumbs 3 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, then add the cauliflower and cook for 5 minutes. Drain the cauliflower and place it in a baking dish.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to 220°C. Place the pot back on the heat and add the milk, flour, and butter. Mix well until smooth. Cook until the sauce thickens.

Step 3

Turn off the heat, add most of the cheese, and pour it over the cauliflower.

Step 4

Sprinkle with the remaining cheese and breadcrumbs.
