Cauliflower Puree with Beetroot
Ingredients
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Beetroot 0 fl oz
- 33% Cream 5 fl oz
- Ocean salt 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Water 10 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Break the cauliflower into florets and place them in a small pot.
Step 2
Pour in the water.
Step 3
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 4
Add it to the water and place on high heat.
Step 5
Add salt. Once boiling, reduce the heat and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Then drain the water.
Step 7
Pour in the cream.
Step 8
Add the beetroot juice.
Step 9
Blend with an immersion blender.
Step 10
Place on medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes to evaporate excess moisture.
Step 11
Transfer to a serving dish and serve.
