Ingredients

  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Cauliflower 1 head
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves to taste
  • Melted Cheese 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Divide the cauliflower head into florets and place them at the bottom of a frying pan or baking dish.

Step 2

Slice the carrot into rounds and the onion into wedges. Arrange them with the cauliflower.

Step 3

Pour the milk into a saucepan and add four tablespoons of cheese. Melt over low heat, stirring. You can add some butter. Sprinkle in the basil.

Step 4

Pour the sauce over the cauliflower and bake in the oven at 355°F for 15–20 minutes.
