Ingredients
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Cauliflower 15 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Cream 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Salt to taste
- Herbes de Provence to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the cauliflower, divide it into florets, and cook in lightly salted water for 15 minutes.
Step 2
In a separate bowl, whisk together 2 eggs with cheese.
Step 3
Grease a baking dish with olive oil and layer the cabbage in it. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and spices (a blend of herbs works best). Drizzle with cream and the egg mixed with cheese.
Step 4
Place in an oven preheated to 390°F. Bake for 15 minutes until a golden crust forms on the cheese. Then turn off the oven and let it sit for another 20 minutes. As a final touch, add finely chopped herbs.
