- Sliced Processed Cheese 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Ground coriander a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, pepper, and spices, and mix well. Spread them on a baking sheet with a little space between each and bake in a preheated oven at 430°F for 12–15 minutes.
Step 2
Melt the cheese in a bowl, add the flour, cook for 1 minute, gradually pour in the milk, and bring to a boil for 8 minutes, then add the grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Transfer the cauliflower to a ceramic dish, pour the sauce over it, and bake in the oven for 5 minutes until a golden crust forms.
